acer aspire 3 lite : good for students ? experience & the keyboard issue my personal review
Hi everyone! Today I am sharing my real experience with the Acer Aspire 3 Lite. I received this laptop as a gift recently. Since then, I have been using it daily for my blogging work and studies.
Many people ask if this laptop (priced between ₹23,000 - ₹28,000) is good for students. Here is what I found after using it.
Performance & Speed;
For normal use like browsing, watching YouTube, and typing, the speed is good. It opens apps quickly because of the SSD.
My Observation: However, I noticed that when I download very large files, the system slows down a little bit. It's not a big issue, but it happens. For this price, I think it is normal.
Battery Life & Charging;
This is an important part.
Charging: The charging speed is excellent. It charges up very fast when plugged in.
Battery Drain: I noticed that the battery percentage drops a bit quickly sometimes. For example, I have seen it drop from 50% to 48% very fast. It gives me around 3-4 hours of backup, which is decent for college use, but don't expect all-day battery life.
Typing & Heating (Important);
Since I write blog posts, I use the keyboard a lot.
The Good: The typing experience is generally comfortable.
The Issue: I faced a small issue. When the laptop gets a bit warm after long use, some keys (especially 'G' and 'F') feel a bit hard to press or get stuck slightly. It might be due to the heat. If you type gently, it is fine.
Display Quality;
The display is clear for reading and watching movies. Since my previous experience was with older devices, I feel this screen is quite good and sharp for the price.
My Final Verdict
Is the Acer Aspire 3 Lite perfect? No. It has a few small issues like the heating key and average battery drain.
But is it worth the money? YES.
For a price under ₹28,000, getting a thin, light, and fast laptop is a great deal. If you are a student or a beginner blogger like me, this machine will get the job done.
